Appointments System replaces drop-in whilst corona virus pandemic persists.

The Learning Centre is open on Monday mornings and Wednesdays till 3pm.

All the usual services will be on offer: help, advice and learning with PCs, tablets, smartphones and all related technology, plus use of computers.

However to comply with Covid regulations a drop-in is not yet possible. So it will be necessary to make an appointment: Ring David on O1258 860905 or Email snclc@btconnect.com stating what you need and preferred day/time. When we are open you can also ring 01258 475272 to see if there is an immediate appointment.

There will be no more than two appointments at a time for technical help, plus one to use the computers.

We are aware how much the movement on-line has accelerated during the pandemic (shopping, banking/cashless, doctor consultations etc.) and will address those new needs with learning sessions as soon as possible.

We look forward to welcoming old and new faces to the centre.

When coming for an appointment:

Our volunteers are all vulnerable (if only by age!) So please cancel if you have any symptoms whatsoever even if you are sure they are just a cold.

Please wear a face covering. Use the hand sanitizer on entry and exit.

If possible ring our number O1258 475272 for entry to the building. If you can not do that ring the bell at the downstairs entrance (left hand side door).

Please bring the power supply that goes with your laptop/tablet etc. and plug in yourself.

Or volunteers will use their own wireless keyboard and secondary screen where possible. Phones can be sanitized in a UV light box
